To expand our team, we are looking for a motivated project coordinator to help build a strong and dynamic team. You will oversee high-end residential construction projects from structural work through to handover in Belgium and abroad.

ROLE

• You will be the central point of contact from the structural work phase through to provisional handover.
• You will coordinate and monitor the progress of exclusive villa and apartment construction projects.
• You will organise the sites efficiently and make adjustments where necessary.
• In consultation with the construction team, you will make well-founded technical decisions during the construction process.
• You ensure strict adherence to planning, quality, budget and customer satisfaction.

PROFILE

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or a similar technical field.
• At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in a similar role within the residential construction sector.
• You are a team player and communicate easily with colleagues, clients and contractors.
• You are client-focused, solution-oriented and keep a cool head under pressure.
• You excel in technical knowledge, organisation and accuracy.
• You have a keen eye for detail and a strong passion for architecture.
• You possess natural leadership skills and know how to manage a team in a motivating way.
• Challenging projects abroad appeal to you.
• You can communicate fluently in both spoken and written French and English.
